To celebrate the diverse history of North Portland, Peninsula Lodge will install a mural titled "Heroes of North Portland" on the West side of our building. Based on John Ballator's 1935 mural "Building St. Johns", our version will be painted by the community, for the community, because history belongs to all of us. Using a special cloth called Polytab, anyone can join us in painting sections of the mural indoors! The finished mural will be adhered to the building in July 2026.
